About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, with practice. The ideal candidate will be friendly, communicative, and have excellent attention to detail.
About the Responsibilities:
Accurate recording of all financial transactions through ledger postings, nominal journals, bank reconciliations etc
Processing of bank payments
Preparation and submission of VAT, CIS and Self-Assessment returns to HMRC
Submission of annual Confirmation Statements to Companies House
Helping with the production of monthly management accounts and other ad hoc financial reporting
Maintaining cash flow forecasts
A range of other ad hoc duties to help support the team and our clients
